-meetings in person with major tour operators, to ensure our hotels are featured in their brochures and websites
- сhecking brochure accuracy on all materials featuring the hotel
- organization of training seminars– both in-house with tour operators reservations teams and outside with travel agencies in a private seminar setting
- participation in Russian and international travel exhibitions and workshops
- cooperation with press: press releases, organization of press-trips, placement of articles in magazines
- participation in the events aimed at the promotion of the hotels
- printing of all materials in Russian ( Hotel fact sheets, menus and activity sheets)
